Currently, all content in Ruthy —cities, audio guides, and maps— is available completely free of charge for all registered users. No invitation or limited slot is required to access the application.

The availability of features, cities, and content may vary and change without prior notice. Access to certain features does not guarantee their indefinite availability.

In the future, AUDORA may introduce paid content or premium features. We will notify you in advance before any currently free content becomes subject to payment.

Ruthy is in continuous development. Some features, maps, or stories may contain inaccuracies, incomplete data, or be subject to editorial changes.

Performance, map coverage, and narrative accuracy may vary by city and device. We may remove, modify, or update episodes or features without prior notice for editorial, technical, or legal reasons.

We do not guarantee that Ruthy will function without interruptions or errors. We may modify, update, suspend, or interrupt the application or parts of it at any time.

Ruthy uses geolocation services to display points of interest and activate audio guides automatically. You must use the application paying attention to your surroundings and respecting traffic safety rules and common sense.

AUDORA is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of Ruthy while moving or in risky situations. It is your responsibility to maintain attention to your physical environment while using the application.

You can disable geolocation at any time from your device settings, although this may limit certain application features.

Downloading, redistributing, or monetizing Ruthy's audio, scripts, illustrations, or other assets outside the app is prohibited without written authorization from Audora Tech.

Experiences created with Ruthy must comply with local regulations, third-party rights, and each city's cultural heritage; the app may not be used in contexts that promote discrimination or misinformation.

All rights to Ruthy's content (audio guides, scripts, texts, images, maps) are the exclusive property of AUDORA TECH SAS or are used under license from third parties. Use of Ruthy does not grant any intellectual property rights over the content.

Currently, all content in Ruthy is completely free of charge. There are no in-app purchases at this time.

In the future, when in-app purchases are enabled, payments will be processed exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. AUDORA will not have access to payment data.

Before enabling any paid functionality, we will communicate commercial terms, prices, currencies, and applicable taxes with appropriate advance notice.

For downloadable digital content, we will inform you about the applicable right of withdrawal before any purchase. Nothing in these terms limits the inalienable rights you have as a consumer in your country.

We collect app usage metrics (via Firebase Analytics, with advertising features disabled) to improve the experience, in line with our Privacy Policy. This data is associated with an installation identifier and is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

We may voluntarily request interviews, surveys, or feedback about the app experience. By sharing feedback you allow us to use it for product development and communications while keeping your identity private unless you authorize otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) Ruthy and its content are provided "as is" and "as available"; (b) AUDORA does not guarantee absolute accuracy of historical or tourist information; (c) AUDORA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, data loss, loss of profits, or any damage arising from the use or inability to use Ruthy.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability when the law does not allow its exclusion, as in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Unless the mandatory legislation of your country provides otherwise, these specific terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina and any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the City of Córdoba, Argentina, in accordance with the general Terms & Conditions.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer rights, those rights are not affected by these terms.

We may modify these specific terms at any time. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance of the effective date, through an in-app notice or by email.

If you do not agree with significant changes, you may stop using the application before they take effect. For minor or technical changes that do not materially affect your rights, the modification may take effect with shorter notice.

Continued use of Ruthy after the effective date of any changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
